I ordered the cream on a free trial. Nowhere did I see the terms and conditions. I used the cream had an extreme allergic reaction and had to go to the hospital. I emailed the company, heard nothing. Then they took £79.95 out of account. I called immediately that day, and spoke to an arrogant person who said he would refund me £34. I was fuming he eventually said he would refund £51, which I'm still waiting for. I've emailed them again with pictures and still I've heard nothing. I am going to take this to the national press. They should not be allowed to get away with it.
