Called 4 times and asked how should I return the unused product that did not work for me. First two calls said " we don't do that here. Next call said we don't do that here, I will transfer you. They did to a phone that no one answered for 22 min. Last call said just send it back. I returned all the containers including one partially full. I have a Sales Recept from Huntington Beach Main Post Office for: Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box sent to PHOENIX AZ 85027 Zone-4. I have a confirmation # CA108048133 that it got to PHOENIX AZ 85027 zone-4, but no sgnature as I did not pay for one. Chesapeak claims they never got box I sent. Nor due they have a returns Dept. I Guess. They claim to have "Your Unbelievable 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee!" It sure is UNBELIEVABLE and I can't believe this Dr. Ronald Blankstein sells his name to this company. "note my address for this company shows Suite 101 not 102"
