Paid $24.98 for 12 issues of Smithsonian magazine
todate have not rec'd the magazine.
Have called 1-707-266-6673 and no one answers. I just hear a recorded message, then music. I have called 3 times and listened to music while waiting to speak to someone in the service dept. Send refund by 4-28-12.
