I ordered a set of sennheiser ie7 earphones from valucase.com. I received a set of fake earphones on the 18th of february. I sent an email to customer service and they told me i would receive a proper set of earphones and an envelope to send back the others. It never came. I checked back with them at the end of feb. And i have not heard back from them dispite the plethora of emails i sent to them.
