Flash Camera (dba as aSavings on eBay) posts a 14 day return policy on purchases for eBAy products. When defective earphones were shipped, and I attempted to exchange for earphones that worked, they respondedby email that they have a no return or exchange policy for certain items (a significant list of items including earphones). Their eBay posting for earphones still advertise a 14 day return policy.
