I read all these reports and was scared about what I had just purchased. The app i needed from Media Crawler downloaded but wouldn't open. I called Avangate and they were very nice and cancelled my membership immediately. The number is (650) 249 - 5280. Their support page is http://www.avangate.com/company/contact.php. They were cool about it and I gave them my order number and they cancelled it before my trial ended. Hope this helps some of you guys.
