I purchased a taste of the farm shipment box from this company on January 31st and was immediately charged for $19, assuming my product would be shipped soon. I immediately contacted the company by email and phone on Feb 8th and was sent an email two weeks later stating, "there was a delay in shipment and that my product would shipped February 28th."
I was also informed that I could contact them with any questions at a number that only takes recorded messages. Since then, I have tried contacting the business via email and have received no response from them. It makes no sense for a company to charge for a product that I have never received. I would like a full refund immediately and this company and the owners business should be banned.
