CALEA approved? This sucky local government can't even handle simple matters unless someone dies or is hurt badly. They kiss the District Attorney's butt probably and get police off easy without hurting them back. They don't care about our consumer-human rights or anything. Least they could do is give us a kind word and a pat on the back.
