This is an information report to you related to violations of the rights of the mentally ill. The mentally ill are being criminalized.
Briefly, Deputy District Attorneys (DDAs), of the government of the County of Ventura, California, generally ignore positive reports by doctors and violate ethics in order to keep mentally ill persons out of the community (locked) for good. Unfortunately, normally the Ventura judges favor the DDAs.
