Received a check from Randolph College via Fed EX in the amount of $3.750.00
No letter of explanation - just a check. Knowing there had never been any dealings with this school I did not cash it. Called the college - they appeared very unconcerned - said they had received numerous calls and to just destroy the check. Reported it to local FBI office - have not heard anything back. Uncomfortable knowing name and address is on a "scam list" of sorts. I am reporting this now because a second check arrived yesterday - see my next report. Jckdm
