I received a letter stating I should apply for college financial aid as soon as possible to better my chances on qualifying. They said that if I did not qualify my check would be returned. I sent them a check, it was cashed, and I never heard back. I have called a half a dozen times and am only able to reach an answering service. They tell me to check my application status online, I tried, and I am not even in there data base for pending applications.
