5 weeks, $2200, & only 1% progress in our shower remodel. We do have about $1200 worth of materials &/or labor performed, but that is a generous estimate, because we never saw a receipt for materials, despite asking repeatedly. (Most of the materials, specifically the tile, was marked with the price.) Jon Walton claims to be a step up from an ordinary handy-man. He can do electric work, but according to Hometalk.com, he does clients the same way he did us. Note: as a real estate agent, I had a few different clients that used him for not only electrical issues, but also for handy-man work. All of them were very pleased.
Just take my advice, don't use this guy for anything!
