I ordered ultra lean as it was on a free trial offer. But after talking to my doctor, he advised me not to take it. I called the company and told them not to send anymore and I would not be ordering anymore products from them. I didn't think anymore about it as it was a free trial offer and I hadn't given them any of my bank details or visa card. Then I received my bank statement and HCG had taken £63.95 out on 28 Febuary 2012 and then again on 15 March a total of £127.90.
I want to know how they accessed my account, I can't afford to loose that amount of money, I have tried calling them but they are always engaged, I have been in touch with my bank, they told me to contact HCG then get back to them.
