I signed-up for the $1.99 trial promotion. When I looked at my credit card records 3 days later, I noticed that a much larger amount was deducted. When I queried it, I was told the 72 hour trial has expired, so a full membership was automatically charged:
7.99 USD = Live Support Assistance
9.99 USD = Streaming TV Access
4.99 USD = Ultra Fast Downloads Updates
49.99 USD = Full Membership
1.99 USD = Trial Membership
To make it even worst is that I did not find the file I was looking for.
