JUPITER I was told by letter that Joseph would provide winning lottery numbers for a $10.00 fee. I paid the $10.00 but did not send any additional money for the numbers

I am being scammed by Joseph Von Jalan. This guy sent me a letter stating that I owe him an additional $24 plus a $3 late fee for a service that I did not request. The $24 was for winning lottery numbers if I wanted them. I did not send for them nor did I receive them.in other words, I did not follow up and request the numbers.
