About a week after my mother's funeral, I found Keepsake Rosaries online and sent several (of the few that I had) rose petals to have a bracelet made. When I did not receive my merchandise after about 3 months, I called the number listed and left a message. I did this several times with no return call. I then sent an email and got a message that it would take "up to 12 mo to fill my order due to a family hospitalization". I replied to the email that I would like my money returned. No reply, no merchandise.
