This company contacted me and guaranteed that they would be able to get my mortgage modified or they would guarantee me a refund minus a $1000 administration fee. They said it would happen within 6 months. It has been 19 months and they will not respond to me. My requests for refund are going unanswered. They have completely stopped contacting me.
