When we try to bid on jewelry room a pop up comes on that states that we cannot bid until we pay 600USD, but there is nowhere that we can find that we owe these monies. We have tried to contact jewelry room with no results. We would like to be shown where we owe these monies so that we can pay it, or if it cannot be proven, have this mistake removed from our account so that we can once again use this resource.
