I paid them 74 dollars to send my son's birth certificate, they sent the info to vital records which then charged me 55 dollars. I called vital records, they were most helpful, told me they see this all the time. You can go to there main website and enter the Same information that you enter into usbirthcertificate.com get charged their normal fee and processing and shipping and never pay another dime. This company takes your money and does nothing for you, you have already done all the work, they just send over the same information that you sent them. How do you charge someone 74 dollars to do that? It is criminal.
