Usbirthcertificate.com took $49.00 for my birth certificate on 11/14, put wrong date of birth, cant get any information, birth certificate or refund

This company had no problem that night to deduct my $49.00 from my bank, but they never contacted me except via email (with no return email address) and mis-placed my birth date from 1946 to 1943 (my error in name change from 1975). I tried contacting them several times to no avail and as of this date 12/1 I dont have my birth certificate or a refund... Typical fraudulent internet based company...
