I purchased a used vehicle (4128 miles) from Gregoris Nissan last week. I am very satisfied with the 2011 Nissan Altima however, I am not quite satisfied with the handling of my particular circumstances.initially I owned a 2005 Nissan Sentra which I brougt in to Gregoris Nissan's service department because the car would not drive in reverse gear. I was told that that a part was needed from the manufacturer for the transmission to address that problem. The part was not available at the location, I was charged $100 for overnight delivery and $50 for another part of the car.in addition, new brakes and tires were added. The total, $2800 to discover afterwards that I needed a new transmission, $2000 more.

Now, my problem: I was so upset with the cost, I went to the dealership to see if something could be arranged so that I could use the 2005 Sentra as a trade in, down payment for another vehicle. Although the value was given as $1800 (covering work already done) the final assessment was -0- to account for additional work to get the car running.
