I am the owner of a 2007 Nissan Murano which I purchased from Gregoris Nissan brand new.in early 2009 the transmission went bad and with the Lemon Law I asked that the car be changed but was told no by Nissan Consumer Affairs. I went on experiencing issues with the car and took care of them as the occured. Well now in April the transmission went again as well as 3 engine mounts and the radiator and these all happened at the same time. These issues unfold when I took the car in for an oil change and asked that they check the car thoroughly because it was riding bumpy. I was told that the car is ok and didn't need anything to be done. However on my way home the car was experiencing problems and I immediately called the service center and told them of the issues I was experiencing. I was told to bring the car in the next day and that is when they told me that the car needed transmission. While the car was there I was further informed that the car need 3 engine mounts and a radiator. I was upset because I had sent the car in for a thorough check up and told nothing was wrong. I am seeking your help in having Nissan change my car or give me some level of compensation for my hardship. I am a single mom who commutes to and fro for work and have to take my son to the daycar.
