Failed to return deposit, respond to letters or emails - van rental

Sadly and clearly I have been had by this scam too. Deposit not returned. First told it had been refunded before Christmas, Then that it was in feb, Then than it will be 24-48hrs. But never actually happened. I have been issued a Crime Reference Number and am now pursuing through Small Claims
