I have had dish network for about 4 months and every month I have to call because the TV goes out. On the 4th time that it had happened I had enough and I wanted to cancel the service. Why would I pay for something that doesn't work??? So they told me it would cost over 300 dollars for them to cancel the service. I don't feel that I should have to pay for that being that I can't watch the TV I PAID to watch. Then she told me that she could put me on some type of protection plan for 6 dollars a month. NO i'm am not paying that when it is not my fault that the damn TV doesn't work. She told me that without the protection plan that I would have to pay 95 dollars for somebody to pay for them to fix the cable that doesn't work. Are you kidding me!!! When I asked to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold and was put on hold for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes they hung up on me. I am completely done with the cable!!!
