We are a youth baseball team. We placed our order with teampacks.com for our uniforms. Credit card was charged that same day. The artwork was approved 2 weeks later.By their own policy, production begins once the artwork is approved. Even with a 10 day production and ground shipping, we should have had our order NLT 3/31. Teampacks.com and their parent company, Stadium Athletics, has ignored repeated phone calls and emails. No one EVER answers their phone and no calls are ever returned. Emails go ignored.
The BBB in Wilmington, NC told us that Stadium Ahletic, LLC has had numerous complaints. We have filed a formal complaint with them and with the North Carolina Attorney General's office.
