I applied for the free sample and quite liked the product and was prepared to give it another month's trial My credit card account was debited on 21st March for £79.95 but at today's date, 04/04 I have still not received the product. Subsequently I have had to cancel my credit card causing me great inconvenience. I am determined that they are not going to get any more money from me and I want recompense for the product I have not received
