On 25 march I bought a camera "Sonny MMS-CM1" from the Multy Electronics, inc in NYC thinking it is new. Because they sold it to me as a new and perfect condition for $550.0 tax $48.81.. After I came home from the NYC, I discovered it was not a new, but used item, and damaged.
There is a remnant of footage of video taken in 2007 in internal drive.
This camera was so damaged to the point it would not even show images on LED screen
This camera was internally malfunctioned; therefore, it would not allow registering it as directed in enclosed CD manual.
This item should not be selling to a customer as a new and perfect condition, it also discontinued from Sonny..
I have called then on 28th March and asked them to give money back and I have returned the item by certified mail on 28th but they have returned it to me on 04/04.
I also wrote them a letter and ask them for credit by they refused to credit my account.
Please help me.
