I noticed a pending charge on our acct that I didn't authorize. After phoning the bank and cancelling my card, I checked on line and got the phone number. After calling the # twice, I finally talked to a female with an accent. She put me on hold and after about a minute she came back on the line and quoted my husbands name and the amount of the charge. I informed her that neither I nor my husband had ordered anything from the company and she said she would have the charge reversed and block the card # from their data base so it could not be used again... Sounds really strange, huh?
