Have done, you would have received a much better response. For whatever
The reason people are not responding to the advertisements. Add to that fact
The type of clients we have, delinquent on their mortgage now delinquent on
Their payments, and something has to be done. The answer is not more
Advertising expense. The spreadsheet that I shared with you shows a
Combined average monthly income of $23K which does not include the
Income that you are receiving from the files that you have opened in the last
6 months, because you have not shared that information with me.
You kept saying that my expenses are my problem, which I understand.
My point to you is that the Net Divided Income has averaged $11,500 per
Month this year.
My $11,500 is not enough to cover my expenses yet you are receiving $11,500
Plus whatever you are collecting from files opened in the last 6 months. But
I am supposed to get by on just $11,500 and lose $4K per month.
You made the statement that I will be getting 8 new files each month.
Assuming you are correct and the average file is $250/mo., divided equally,
Means that my share of the additional income is $1K. It will take 4 months
Before the income will achieve $15K each where I break even, assuming
That we don't lose any of the existing clients during that time. During that 4
Months I will be another $16K in the hole. I don't know the solution but at
Least we have identified the problem. Charging clients more per month
Could be a solution but you don't want to do that. I am open to suggestions
But to "buy you out for $150K" is not an option. You have an inflated sense
Of the value of these files. Let's try to figure this out so that it makes sense
For both of us.

Many of you were referred to my firm for representation in your mortgage foreclosure case by Antonio Diaz.
You should know that I am no longer associated with Mr. Diaz and no longer accept referrals from him.
It has come to my attention that he has sent bills to my clients for the coming month of November.
I have not authorized this action and any payments made to Mr. Diaz will not satisfy your financial responsibility to this firm.
I would advise you to immediately dispute in writing any bill that you receive from anyone that you do not believe you owe.
I apologize that you have been placed in this awkward position by Mr. Diaz.
Mr. Diaz is not an attorney and cannot represent you in the Court.
I have advised Mr. Diaz that should any of the clients that he referred to me wish to obtain other counsel
that I would not object and would only need a clear written instruction from the client.
My concern is that you not be left unrepresented in your present pending case.
Unless I receive written instruction from you to the contrary,
I will continue to represent your interests in defending your mortgage foreclosure case.

The following is my response to Mr. Stalions "The Thief" Ladron in Spanish from letter above.
What Mr. Stalions "The Thief" Ladron in Spanish is trying to do is keep all my customers that I work very hard for.
Mr. Stalions "The Thief" Ladron in Spanish, walk out of the meeting on October 10,
after I toll him that I want it all my customers back and that he was fire.
Without my customers, his law firm only has about 6 customers, that should tell you about his law firm.
I have check all my customers cases in court and for the next 90 days you will not need an attorney,
that will give sufficient time for me to find another attorney that is not a "Thief" Ladron in Spanish
and I am calling Mr. Stalions a THIEF, LADRON EN ESPANOL.
I am also in the process of having another attorney file a law suit against Mr. Stalions "The Thief" Ladron in Spanish.
Also the domain name: StalionsLaw.com was paid by me, also Mr. Stalions advertizing was paid by me,
amount other things that will come out in Court and I have the evidence.
