We were contacted by Sage Payment Solutions to do our credit card processing and Check processing and check gaurantee, we ask them and they said yes they do that so we decided to go with Sage. They helped us set up the virtual payment and they aslo helped up set up check verification. We sold some equipment and we first decided to get the checks cleared by Sage so we put in all the information they asked and we got an approval from Sage. Fter about a week we received an email and dais they are going to take the money back from us the customers check did not clear the bank. I asked them why because they approved the checks. They said that is not how they gaurantee checks. I am not very happy with them they cost me $15000. How can you approve the money and then take thew money back?
