I received a voucher in the mail stating that I have won a free cruise and a $1300 free voucher for an extended vacation. It sounded nice until I was asked to pay $118.00 for taxes. Immediately, I did not feel comfortable with this phone call anymore so I told them I did not have any money and hung up. The rude and unprofessional young lady, Liz, called my house back and cussed out my mother. Her exact words, verbatim, was "Hay, bitch. Fuck yourself!"
My mother came to me and said that someone called our house and cussed her out. I called the number back and asked for the supervisor and she was just as worse as the Liz. Then, another guy got on the on the phone and was just as worst as the women.
I do not believe that this place is legit because who would hired people like that to represent their company. I am flabbergasted that this has happen. Stay away fro this company before anything like this will happen to you and your parents.
