I received 5 emails over a 2 week period telling me to visit their site as id won an ipod, initially i took no notice but when they persist i sort of thought id see what this was about, no mention of this so called win when i got to their site but an offer of a free bid with various different things on offer, i. E an ipod i clicked more outta curiosty to be told id won a coffee maker, stupidly i gave my details but i did not agree to their T & C's that box had already been ticked by ziinga themselves. After this happened i left the site and did at no time return and to be honest although they taken £11.8GBP for shipping of this coffee maker i had forgotten all about until i got my bank statement, theyd taken a total of £131.89 then they gave me the pleasure of paying them a further £28 to cancel this so called membership, i was hopeful of getting a refund because on there T&C's it says that if no bids had been touched you would get an immediate refund, what a joke this turns out to be... Apprentally being a platium club member, ziinga allow what turns out to be a machine use your bids for you at no time did i authorise anyone or thing to use these bids and it just starts bidding for whatever dosnt matter if its bidding for something you neither want or have use for. So bang goes my refund, trying to get any half decent reply with the ziinga customer support workers is a total waste of time. End of. Ive had no end of contact with these bastards, they are just out to rob scam, decieve, theive off vunerable hard working people who lets face it if they had any money wouldnt bother with sites like ziinga anyway. Everyone needs to know about these bastards. What i cannot for the life of me get my head round is how their allowed to keep on ripping everyone off, cause you dont even get what you orginally bid for, £159.89 just stolen out of my account and there dosnt seem a god damn thing i can do about it, i just have to sit back and watch it happen to others over and over again, does anyone know how to get these robbing bastards off the net. I wont keep quiet about them im just telling everyone who'll listen, i cant believe they just keep on frauding. How??? They tell you "we respect you, this that and the other, when they email you. Respect they are the most disrespectful people i have ever had the misfortune to meet. They want locking up, you would be if you stole from them what theyve stolen of us, behind bars is were youd be and quite rightly so. The managers name is not available to the public or so they tell me. I called him all the yellow robbing bastard names i could think off and then challenged him to sue me for defination of character... As i expected no response.
