Hi there i saw ziinga.com and thought that looks good i will give it a try to see if i could win something so i put a bid in for £1.00 and bealeve it or not i won 100 bids so i thought exelant i have 100 bids to play with the other day i got a bank statment and they have taken £59.99 pounds and they said that i am now a platinum member the money came out of my account on 15th november now that is wrong so i contacted them on monday morrning and they replyed on tuesday morrning and told me that your refund has been voided so this is the end of the matter and i feel that this is not the end to the matter i need help in recovering my £59.99 will some one help me please p. S the email came from ziinga customer service this is there contat email [email protected] and the person dealing with my case was jayson i do hope some out there can help me cheers
