OCP, Nick Tsimahidis Unperfessional, pitbulls, rude, breeding

Nick Tsimahidis is a crook, my boyfriend and I put our pitbull down and we were really heartbroken over it and wanted to get another pitbull. So a friend of ours point us in the direction of Nick. Nick found us a puppy from his "prize possession" Slayer and another dog named Brandi. So we got out pup named Dozer. We paid 1,500 for him and Nick went on saying he should have been second pick at 4,000 dollars and blah blah blah. To start this off lets get an understanding of how the transaction went down.

Initially we were supposed to have a pick out of an official OCP litter, however, the expected date for those puppies to drop and be available to take home were far too many months for us to wait. So this is when he mentioned he had a Slayer male pup for us that he could sell us for $1,500, not entirely making it certain that the litter was actually owned by another person and that it wasnt going to have anything to do with OCP. When we met up we handed him the money which he then claimed all of it was going right into the other owners, possession he goes by Beefy. However he claimed all responsibility for the dog, both to us and Beefy himself.

A few months later we find out that 2/3rds of that $1,500 went to OCP and not Beefy. So it is very well justified that this should be considered an OCP dog and that Nick should be the one to take 100% responsibility for this dog, but as soon as problems start coming up, which Ill discuss further, is when he pulled the bitch card claiming that he has absolutely nothing to do with this transaction and that we did not buy a dog from OCP therefore we will get no help from him/OCP for my dogs medical/genetic mishaps regardless of the fact that he lead us to this specific pup and took 2/3rds of the earnings for him.

Now Ill move on to the rest of the story. We brought Dozer home and he is perfect! But the catch, after a few days of having him we notched he was scratching a lot and his chest was pure red. Dozer had the worst case of fleas I have ever seen! We go to the vet and get medication for him and that was a 100 dollars. Then as a couple weeks past we notice Dozers eyes watering like crazy so bad that it his fur under is eyes was so wet that it started to deteriorate his fur. So we go to the vet for it and he said it was genetics which is understandable. The vet did an eye flush which Dozer had to go under anesthesia to do the procedure. That cost 200. Then time goes on and we notice that Dozer only has one testicle so we contacted Nick and he said to send him a picture, so we did. Then we meet up with him one day to show him and said "man it will come in don't worry about it." So we did, we gave it time and month after month Dozer only had one testicle and we told Nick that. Nick was in disbelief the whole time.

At 7 months we took him to a vet that Nick suggested, and the vet said he only had one testicle and it was because the father only had one testicle. Remember his father is OCP's number one dog SLAYER. Nick also recommended that we leave the testicle and Dozer can still be studded out and reproduce. Which the one testicle is genetically passed along so therefore Dozers pups would only have one testicle causing other dogs and owners to have to go through the same thing as us. Who would want a dog with one testicle? So we contacted Nick and told him what the vet said.

The vets exact words were "the other testicle is somewhere in the stomach, if you don't remove both now in the future the one that doesnt drop, a cancerous tumor would replace it." we went to our normal vet and we did the surgery having to put him under anesthesia again. This cost 500 dollars with a discount it would have been over 700 dollars. We go to pick up Dozer and the vet said it was the most difficult surgery he has ever had to do. Dozer ended up having a five inch incision by his penis.

He had to wear a cone for over a month and a half and had so many complications with the incision. We contacted nick and wanted to compromise for all of these vet bills. He offered us another dog and we can't have another dog. So therefore we just got over it and accepted that our dog had one testicle. Nick talked up this litter like it was going to be one of the hugest dogs they have seen in a while. My boyfriend and I hit up Nick because we were friends, and my boyfriend simply stated "Dozer is small." Nick completely flipped out on him. They got into huge argument and it didn't end very well. Nick was the most unprofessional person I have ever met.

He said the rudest immature statements ever. Because he works out he wanted to meet up and handle it like "real men." He threatened beating up my boyfriend and all the high school bullsh*t drama you could possibly think of. So we ignored him and then all of sudden I noticed patches of hair missing on Dozer, and thought to myself oh thats not right, so guess what we took him to the vet AGAIN. Come to find out Dozer has demodectal mange. Which is mite that eats the hair follicles away. A normal dog would be able to fight this off with no problem. But because SLAYER is INBREEDED Dozers immune system is weak and therefore he can't fight it off and that the mites and the immune system is yet another genetic problem. The vet gave us medication and medicated shampoo as well as vitamins to boost his immune system.

This is exactly what our vet said, "If you can contact the breeder you should tell him to quit breeding because all of this and the previous issues is not fair to the dogs or the owners." This vet visit cost us 250 dollars, and we still have to go back and get more treatment done to Dozer. We contacted Nick once again pissed off but we were polite about it, and he came off at us with every cuss word and derogatory thing possible not excepting the fact that his breeding was wrong. We contacted our vet and asked him to speak to Nick, which he did. Our vet called back and said Nick raised his voice, said rude things and had no respect towards him what so ever. Nick is denial about this litter and won't accept the fact that what he is doing is WRONG!

All in all Nick and my boyfriend exchanged words once again and Nick wanted to fight to resolve it. So come to find out Nick put my boyfriends name on "green light" which for those of you who don't know its pretty much a hit list. Real professional right? Nick Tsimahidis is a scum bag of all scum bags. On a positive note, Beefy did have the manhood and respect to compromise our medical bills for the testicle surgery in exchange for free food for an amount of months. Bottomline is that if youre going to even consider buying a dog off of OCP, do not, DO NOT, even speak to this guy Nick. Go straight to Ryan and deal with him.
