My husband is in an assisted living facility with advancing dementia. I found these charges on his bank account and when asked about them, he had not knowledge of them or anything to show for them. There was no telephone number listed on the bank statement as there usually is when a debit charge is made and the bank could supply no further information. How do we find out why the charge and if we are entitled to a refund?
