Sprint sucks

I have just signed up for sprint verizon i had but was getting to high so decided to get another company ok got to admit wasnt happy with verizon but sprint is making them look golden now
this is how it started got signed up got the optimis worked pretty good tell 28 days out the screen just stoped working. Turned it back in got the oh let us see if we can re boot it im thinking if it did this in 28 days realy dont want it but ok i let him. He came back oh manufaucture defect. Replaced with the same one i asked ok this one has the 30 days to right oh yes it does. Ok good cause my husband has already had to replace five phones in a month so if its that bad i want to make sure. Brought it home and battery wouldn't hold a charge. Next i went to down load a app it got black and i had to pull battery. I knew right then something was wrong. I called the next day explained the trouble i had. She said ok bring it back to the store a manger will be on hand so i can get a different brand. I showed up it was the weekend no manager.By this time battery was on fire almost literately she replaced the battery gave me the name of manager and told me to call so i could get a different brand and he could note it.

Well i did he said he didn't have to honer what they said i could have.

I called corp. They said they were going to get me one mailed out how sorry they were i was having such a bad time. Then asked if it was ok to call me back. I said ok i waited nothing. So i called again explained i waited an hour to be called back don't know what happened like to resolve this problem. He said ok my name is Dallas lets get this fixed. So he said ok i got you transferred to the place were your phone is to get shipped out you'll have to talk to them im like ok. So i wait phone then makes busy sound and i got disconnection. I had to go do some erons i already put at least and hour in to phone calls get back explain that i cant seem to be staying connected and that i need this done she had the balls to tell me we cant do that. I said that's funny i got told three times that it would be done id like that honard the phone wasn't working the first night i got it i called on the second the guy at the store said it was warranted 30days of getting it why cant i get it replaced she said cause i didnt have insurnce i siad i shouldnt have to its a manufacture defect. And i had 30 days she said yes from when you signed up i said i know but i had to replace that and made sure i had 30 days to make sure this one didnt die. She said he was wrong i asked why is that my fault and i had three others tell me they could do it. Well they shouldnt of. Isaid ok thats fine im done i wasted to much time on this and i got a bill do im not paying im walking away. Good bye
