I ordered a sample of two products which cost me £2.95 for each product but they spared me the Postage and packaging!
Since then they have taken various debits from my account.
When I entered my card details to pay for the sample products I ticked the little box to agree to the terms and conditions by doing so I agreed to the clause in the terms and conditions that says that I will ring within 16 days to say that I am unhappy with the product and want to cancel it... NO ONE READS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!
So needless to say I have been ringing and actually getting somewhere... I have managed to get £77.49 refunded, have cancelled my account and recieved an email confirmation to say so but i have heard that other people arent having as much luck.
