Telebrand is a joke. I ordered the sliceomatic on July 4. On August 5 I looked online to see why I had not received it yet and it said the product would ship in 15 days. Today, Sept. 29 I receive a card in the mail stating my order had been cancelled. Through all this time they are still running the paid programs for this product. If you can not ship to the ones who have ordered why would you continue to sell it. To all of you thinking about buying a slicomatic... Don't!!!
