We are a small company that did a project under J.J. Welch Construction, for the State of NH.
After completing the work, submitting mounds of backup paper work, time sheets, etc. They refuse to pay us.
The sum is quite large for a company our size and as such has put us and our employees in jeopardy.
This non-payment has been going on over 9 months, we keep getting the run around from all parties concerned.
A lien claim was filed, but seems to be of no help.
