I have been waiting for almost a year for 18 rosary chaplets to be made. They cashed my $458.00 check as soon as they got it... I, too have sent many unreturned e-mails and called only to have a constant busy signal. I have the Haverstraw Police investigating and they are trying to get enough info to make an arrest and to get the website shut down. The Attorney General said they are interested in the case, The Consumer Protection is interested as well. "Shame on you" and "Seven on Your Side" are preparing a report and I am waiting to hear from Judge Judy... Believe me, I will not let this go.
They were my mom's funeral roses that were going to be made into rosaries. I ordered 18 so I could give them to members of my family on the anniversary. My friend had hers made a few years ago and they were beautiful. They took a long time but they finally did arrive. Now I see all these complaints about this company and I'm afraid we will never see these roses again. But I have time and I can be very persistent, much like my father was. It is important to stop these people.
