Logged on to coach factory on-line, and I thought this company is a coach company. But they scam me by sending me a FAKE COACH BAG and not the design that I ordered. I have emailed them several times to send me their address and phone number but they never answered by questions.instead they reply that they want to know if I received the product. I did confirm receiving the bags and demanded that I want to return them for refund, they did not answer to that but they told me that I should not return the bags, I should sell them and purchase new ones and they will then give me a discount. Is that not silly of them? There was no invoice when the bags came the only thing that I have is the online order number they send me which is 1220.
