I had placed an order via website and found some beautiful purses and wallets. I had received the order in 4 days which was pretty good timing. When received the return address on box was written in asian and did not even know it was from coach. The box was broken and damaged and when i opened it i was very dissappointed in the quality of these bags. Certainly a cheap imitation. I could have received better quality on the street. I cannot believe coach would have some company using their fine name to sell garbage like this. I had ordered 4 items, 2 bags and 2 wallets. I received 2 bags and 1 wallet. When i tried to contact them there is no phone number and when i had sent an email to their customer service, i have yet to hear from them. I found this website and felt worse seeing how many people got scammed and for so much more. The genuine coach store should look into this and sue them for making such a good name and product into this mockery.
