I replied to an online ad in January and paid £6.95 for a trial tooth whitening offer. I received nothing from Britensure and forgot about it until checking my credit card statements to find that the had taken £99.95 on 19th Feb and £46.90 on 20th March direct from my credit card. My credit card provider thinks there was a clause in the agreement which said they would provide monthly supplies and charge unless cancelled.
However I have received nothing and only found out what was happening when checking the statements. This is a complete scam.
