I saw a so-called free trial, just pay postage & packing it said, so I thought I'd give it a try. I placed the order on 8th March and waited at least 7 days for it to arrive. Then last Friday, 23rd March I noticed that there is a payment pending on my account to the tune of £128.95, so I called my bank but they said once a payment is pending they cannot stop it because I used my card which is a guaranteed payment method. They said my only option to prevent any further money being taken is to close my account. So tomorrow I'm going to see my bank manager. Its a right headache all this and should'nt be allowed to happen. I want my money back!!!
