On March 18th I ordered The Muppet Show complete set. I have emailed them 3 times asking about the status of my order. I cannot get any response from them about my order. I happened to stumble across this site while trying to find another means of contact for this company. I saw all the EXACT same complaints so I sent ANOTHER email requesting my order to be cancelled since it hasnt even shipped yet. Please help get this SERIOUS issue resolved. Obviously this company is garbage & does not even follow through with their "customer service" issues. They claim order are usually sent the next business day & the emails are returned in 24hours. They have not honored this so I would like to have my money refuned & they can keep their merchandise.
