Brought my Breitling watch to Watchrepair.net Boca Raton, Fla. For an estimate which was promised within 48 hrs. After several calls, I learned the watch was undergoing repairs, althought I had never authorized repairs. Then, after several, mostly unanswered calls, I was able to pick up my watch. I had brought it in because it ran slow, skipped the date on occasion and was missing a gold marker. When I picked it up, the gold marker was not replaced and Jeff Herman said it was on order and would be shipped to me within a month. That was a year ago and in spite of several calls and emails, I never received the missing part. Also the watch doesn't work any better than it did.
My advise: stay away from watchrepair.net
