On approx mid february i ordered a sample cream free of charge but for shipping was charged $4.95. I considered this action ok. Aprrox one month later i did receive another sample cream from dermapure but i did received an invoice of $74.90 indicating that i signed up for a membership. I contacted two different telephone #, but to my surprise was the same person that answered both given #'s. I was informed in a very unprofessional manner, that i ordered to become a member, i can send the invoice back indicating the problem and i would be refunded. I canceled by debit card also. Tried to communicate with the company unable to get an answer. This experience was very unpleasant needless to say i will never order anything which states for free. Dermapure should be taken off the market and internet. Not only they cheat they also are dishonest to their customers. Why would i become a member with a company before i am totally satisfied with the product. How can the company tell you, that you should of read the agreement, there was no agreement indicated nor anything to be signed. My bank is trying also to investigate this matter, but sofar i did not receive any answer back. Please try to get this company off the market asap.
