I wasnt expecting that there is a outright pocket to pay around 60 dollars i used my reloadable prepaid card, it was declined. A website that doesnt indicate they require a payment prior to bid is a scam. They should indicate that they required bidders that there is payment required prior to bidding. How can this kind of website evolve. Government agencies shoudl do something tos top this cyber scam, particularly thsoe websites that gives false information...
