As advertised on TV. I ordered a single dog collar. The ad said I would get one free. I submited my order and expected to get the two dog collars. I entered my credit card numbers and shipping information expectiong to get an order overview and confirmation before I would agree to the invoice, but there wasn't one. I thought that was against the law.
I wasn't given the bill until after I had submitted the information to them. They charged 21.00 for shipping and handling and charged me for two collars. A total of 45.60
What a rip-off. There was no way to cancel the order!
