I was on their website on 3/18 as HSN was offering the same books for $22.45 with free S&H. I purchased the books on HSN on the 18th. While checking my VISA statement online just now, I see where this company charged me $37.98!!! I have no idea how they got my credit info as I'm pretty careful with all personal info. This illegal charge of $39.98 is still in "pending" and cannot be addressed through VISA until it actually posts. I am contacting both the State Attorney in CA and the Attorney General in KY as I ordered the HSN books in CA, but live in KY. I hope these people are prosecuted!
